RB953GS-5HnT-RP 4G bands

Hi,

Can someone confirm me what 4G bands are supported by the RB953GS-5HnT-RP?
I didn’t find this information in the documentation and I want to be sure it will work in my country (band 4).

First you need to install LTE card Here is list

Really? Since the description said ‘two SIM slots’ (http://routerboard.com/RB953GS-5HnT-RP), I thought it was ready for inserting the sim card and work!

I can’t find any LTE mPCI-e card here (Argentina) and this is why I understood this router was the solution.

Can you please confirm this? Thanks!!

Most LTE cards comes without sim slot and we provide that sim slot but actual modem you need to buy yourself

You need to look for modem With ppp serial support or CDC_ECM linux drivers, or in future v7 we will support mbim devices as well

Just to be 110% sure: I just need to add a modem like this one: https://techship.se/products/huawei-me909s-120-mpcie/ to the RB953GS-5HnT-RP and then I can insert the sim card and start using the 4G, right?

Yes ME909s will work in RB953

I suggest this module

Huawei ME909u-523D
It will have more America LTE bands
