I’m experiencing a port flapping behavior on two RB960 connected together from ether1, with a traffic of about 100-200Mbps continuous.
The two RB960 join two fiber paths, with the two SFP, and provide some poe powered ethernet ports in their site.
As you can see in the attachement, ether1 began to go up and down continuously for 10-20 minutes at some time in some days (not everyday).
Using an FTP patch reduces this problem, but doesn’t solve.
I use RouterOS 6.49.13 long term edition.
If I let the Auto Negotiation advertise at default, it will go to 100Mbps and stay there, when the flapping problem arises.
So I let only 1000Mbps advertise, in order to avoid the 100Mbps lock, that is worse with a > 100Mbps continuous traffic.
What can I do to find a solution?
Thanks
