rb962 + sfp (s-rj01) = hang up

If pppoe interface = sfp1 then rb962 freezes after 1-6 hours
if pppoe interface = ether1 then rb962 works fine
I tried last firmware 6.43.8 (or 6.44beta50).
I tried NetInstall tool.
I tried very poor config
Nothing helps me
