RBcAPGi-5acD2nD Stopped Working

I have a home setup with 1 RB4011iGS+ and 1 RBcAPGi-5acD2nD. I have configured the RB4011iGS+ only; the RBcAPGi-5acD2nD is with default setting (I just changed the SSID and Password). RB4011iGS+ is connected on the WAN and all other 9 interfaces are on Bridge and are my LAN. Yesterday night, my RBcAPGi-5acD2nD had no internet over the wireless, but all other devices attached to RB4011iGS+ continued to access internet resources. I couldn’t connect to RBcAPGi-5acD2nD over SSH or with Winbox. All LED lights were blinking as normal. I thought for a moment the device broke, but both my devices were bought 2 months ago and both run routerOS 6.46.3. I powered off the RBcAPGi-5acD2nD and all issues disappeared. Being a developer, I really don’t like not knowing what happens; I am not keen on relying on solutions I don’t understand. I need understand what happened to avoid this issue in the future. But all the logs were in memory and after powering off they disappeared. I changed the logs to disk now and wait until the issue reoccurs. I wonder if the RAM got full… Has anyone experienced such an issue with RBcAPGi-5acD2nD before? Anyone got an idea what happened? Could the device be faulty?

I also have another issue. It seems by 5G is accessible further away from the router than my 2G signal. Could I do something about it? I tried playing with the channels, but with no avail.
