I can`t receive power on the AP, that connect to the PSE (dgs-1210-10p) throuth patch panel. For cases direct connection via patch cord or using passive PoE adapter everything work correct. Only 10% of the power budget using. What is reason for this strange behaviour?
I have corrected. There are T568A at the patch panel and 568B near the AP. I have to use crossover cable.
Sounds to me like you need to re-terminate one end of that cable - structured cabling shouldn’t be a crossover!
