RBGPOE as splitter

Hi!

Has anyone ever successfully tried to use a couple of RBGPOE at both the ends of a UTP cable, one as a 48V injector and the other one as a 48V splitter? I’d like to power a non-PoE 48V gigabit device and I thought I could use something like this.
