Has anyone had trouble getting RBGPOE’s to link at 1G?
Has anyone had one stop linking at 1G over time?
I have 10 pcs I ordered and 3 / 10 won’t link at 1G even using a 3’ patch cable between 2 RB250GS.
The other 7 are fine.
This is a high rate of failure out of box and it makes me worry about failures/degradation down the road.
I have had a fairly high percentage of the RBGPOE DOA, probably around 2-5%. On the broken ones I can’t get any link at all, switch it out for another new one and its works fine.
Never did any testing on them just threw them out.
Never had any fail though.
Could you please return some of them to MikroTik RMA warranty service for inspection?

We too had the same problem.
On a lot ten connector over half presented problems.
Trying to re-crimp them, some come to work, others do not.
Tipical problems is : some have no-link state, others I have only 100Mbps fdx, other 10Mbps (without passing data).
