RBLHGG-60adkit IP address change problem

Hello,
i have bought the RBLHGG-60adkit and right now I can’t change address on one of them. The first one after changing from 192.168.88.2 to 10.10.10.2 don’t do anything and automatically put back old address. Second one I have changed without any problems to 10.10.10.6.

Do you have any ideas what should I try? I was using WWW and WinBox and also tried directly connecting via MAC address.

I cannot help you but I have installed my set yesterday and a have exactly the same problem.
I can change the IP at the slave side but not in the master.

So I hope there will be a solution for us.

Just try to set your needed address as a second IP and then remove the default one

Hello and thanks for the hint.

I changed now the IP address in the WebFig menu where you can find all settings.
There it was possible without problems. It was or is not possible at the Quick Set page.

Thank you for reporting this - this Quickset issue will be fixed in upcoming releases. Currently you can change address from IP menu
