RBLHGR only allows single APN

The Blinq LTE that I am connecting to has 2 APNs, when I goto add a second APN I get a message that says only one APN is supported. Is this normal? Why wouldnt I be able to use 2 APNs

Also when I try to change band I just get a blank window
