Is it possible to send and receive SMS with RBLHGR & R11e-LTE6 configuration?
/ tools sms does not seem to work.

I can’t find the documentation for this modem.
I find only this: https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/SMS
However, SMS does not work.
Nothing happens when sending SMS, gsm log and others do not show anything.
Maybe it’s a problem with my ISP?

I activate Reveive SMS and in inbox see new SMS.
I can send SMS via: /tool sms send lte1 phone-number=+48123123123 message=“body of sms what I sending”
Upgrade modem firmware to v025. If still not works, send request with supout.fir to support@mikrotik.com
The modem firmware is v025.

This was a problem with my ISP’s plan and I needed to enter an SMSC address.

I have a device with R11e-LTE6 that can send SMS, but it does not receive.
Entering SMSC address is for sending only, no?

I have Orange sim at Poland who can receive sms but every sending reboot the R11e-LTE6 and this is by using some differ way of SMS and MikroTik not include that … .
Other Orange sim with differ plans etc. works in both direction.
Sometimes we stay at differ situation 
This works now… Turned out to be an issue with the provider.
