RBM11G and Huawei ME909s-120 - random "no internet" situation

Greetings !
I’m using RBM11G, Huawei ME909s-120 and Wireless Instruments antenna enclosure, connected to RB3011 router.
Setup is working perfectly 99% of time. But, 2-3 times a day I’m losing internet connection. When I login via Winbox to check, LTE connection to network is fine and there’s nothing out of ordinary in the log.
If I disable/enable lte1 interface (to reconnect to network) it doesn’t help. But when I reboot router, internet connection comes back after it.
I have 1 reboot sequence in scheduler that triggers during night at 4am.
ROS version is 6.41.3
Issue can happen anytime during day, with or without heavy internet traffic.
It’s kinda frustrating because when it happens I cannot access my devices via TeamViewer from Internet and I have internet radio playing on one device whole day in a public place.

Update:
Still I can’t see anything out of ordinary in log but I can sometimes trigger problem if I:

  1. start speedtest on phone
  2. put something to download that will saturate connection

Even when that happens, I still can access rb11m through winbox and see that lte connection is still up and running. I’m using 6.42.1 at the moment.
Any ideas ?

I have the exact same setup and the exact same symptoms. This also happens if I change the modem to Mikrotik R11e.
This bug was introduced in 6.41.3 - everything worked fine in previous version.

Upgrading ME909s-120 firmware to latest did not help.
I’ve sent supouts several times to support, but after couple of emails back and forth - there is nothing from them for at least a week.
I guess there are more critical bugs right now :slight_smile:

Also, I’ve noticed that the issue happens when speedtest is running upload test.

I reverted back to that firmware and I’ve had entire day without this problem.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford to experiment with firmwares to resolve this case, I’ll stick to this one for time being.

sorry, I didn’t see your message, and seems like notifications about answers in the topic are not working or something.

Anyway, yes, it should be resolved in the latest version, I believe this is the fix:
" lte - improved LTE communication process on MMIPS platform devices;"

So this issue is fixed now for me.

Hi! Could you please tell the secret how did you upgrade the firmware on ME909s-120? I cannot find any information(((
