I bought a pair of M11 modules, hoping to build an affordable (but reliable) 3G-to-Ethernet router. I’m still having some issues getting the MiniPCIe 3G card recognized, though…
The card that I’m using is a Qualcomm 3G WCDMA card made by Option, model number GTM382. It’s not listed on the Wiki page on supported peripherals, so I guess it’s not officially supported.
Any suggestions on what I can do to get these cards working? They do show up in a listing of USB devices:
[admin@MikroTik] > system resource usb print
# DEVICE VENDOR NAME SPEED
0 1-0 Linux 3.3.5 xhci-hcd xHCI Host Controller 480
1 2-0 Linux 3.3.5 xhci-hcd xHCI Host Controller 5000
2 1-2 Option N.V. Globetrotter HSUPA Modem 480
…but I don’t see any other indication that the card is recognized by RouterOS.
