RBM33G using "GPIO14" ?

Hello ,
I have notice that on the board
in the SPI CS# Config box , there is a pin 23 called “GPIO14”

how can I use it ?
can program it to send “0""1” on demand?

one of RouterOS give a way by CLI only.
They are few post at forum.

but it only wrok for pin3
when I run this commands

/system gpio set pin3 direction=output output=0

and chgeck voltage on pin3 - I get 33mV witch is OK
when I run this

/system gpio set pin3 direction=output output=1

I get 3.297V which is OK

but when I try to run it on pin15 - I get 0 all the time

any idea why ?

also mayeb I need to change something in the jumper3 GPIO J23 ?
