Today we bought 2 pcs RBSXTG2HnD r2 (v2) device.
The specification indicates 128 MB RAM, but the device shows only 64 MB RAM…

Specs you posted were for v1… maybe specs were changed on v2?
Is it gigabit? license level?

The V1 only 400 MHz (AR7244) and 32 MB SD RAM.
Perhaps Normis know the answer.
I just checked, and there is a mistake in our product specification database. The design files have always been 64MB, so a human error caused the specs to be incorrect in the Brochure.
We will fix the brochures ASAP

So perhaps there is no RBSXTG-2HnD r3 (v3) version which includes 128 MB of RAM?
