RBSXTR&R11e-LTE6 disconnects randomly

RouterOS 6.47.10, software id = 1K7N-NETK

This is what I see after one or two days of operation:

[admin@router] /interface lte> info 0
         pin-status: ok
functionality: tx and rx rf circuit disabled
       manufacturer: "MikroTik"
              model: "R11e-LTE6"
           revision: R11e-LTE6_V027
               imei: 3**************
               imsi: 2**************
               uicc: 8******************
  subscriber-number: OK

As you can see, pin status is correct. APN setting must be good, because I see this after I reboot the device:

           pin-status: ok
  registration-status: registered
        functionality: full
         manufacturer: "MikroTik"
                model: "R11e-LTE6"
             revision: R11e-LTE6_V027

            sector-id: 4
           phy-cellid: 3
    access-technology: Evolved 3G (LTE)
       session-uptime: 14m1s
               imei: 3**************
               imsi: 2**************
               uicc: 8******************
         primary-band: B3@20Mhz earfcn: 1500 phy-cellid: 3
                 rssi: -70dBm
                 rsrp: -106dBm
                 rsrq: -15.5dB
                 sinr: -5dB

But it only works for a while. After some time (usually about day, but this is random), it goes into “circuit disabled” mode.

Why? What is happening here?

R11e-LTE6_V027 is know as stable one.
Now we have v028 and v029 is prepared.

You can do upgrade to 028 first.
Next will be How to correctly diagnose & collect LTE logs for support to see what happends when you lost internet.
Those are first steps.

btw, rsrp: -106dBm & sinr: -5dB not give big hopes with good speed, maybe you can move it in better place ?

Upgraded to 028, now I need to wait until (if) it goes wrong again.

Yes, the signal is weak and connection speed is low. The device is inside a room. I’ll put it on a pole outside, but I won’t do it until it becomes stable.

But that is not my concern. It does not explain why the circuit becomes disabled.

V029 seems to be out.

No change log or something alike to be found.
