I have RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE the device started to keep rebooting and we have try the reset button but still doesn’t work. When we send back to warranty with the vendor, they told us , there is virus in the mikrotik device so that they refuse to warranty it. May i know how can i hard reset the device to flush out all virus and setting in that devices ?
I think you should use the “Netinstall” feature as described here:
