RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE need help

I bought the RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE kit but the R11e LTE pci card is not on the interface list.
I upgraded the firmware and RouterOS but nothing helps. Also the R11e card gets very hot, almost too hot to touch, is that normal?

Any advice would be appreciated

check what “/sys resource usb print detail” shows.

you should see something like this:

[admin@router3] > /system reso usb print detail

if you already opened the device, try to unscrew and reseat the modem.
