Do we know if there are any plans for a successor model that will satisfy in room WiFi coverage comfort and keep interior architects happy at the same time?

Hi, any update ? I would really appreciate some device, ideally with the same form factor but with AX wireless and (at least ) 1Gbps eth ports.
The newish Wap Ax may be suitable, without the base/support it can be wall mounted and it is small enough to be unobtrusive:

yeah, I am using wap ax right now. With small modification can be mounted on standard electrical in wall box (just drilled two holes) but in some cases I am 1 eth port short / agains old wsap unit which has 3 eth ports
