rdp from internet stopped working, RB2011UiAS v6.34.3

Hi I have this problem. I configured Mikrotik RB2011UiAS v6.34.3 for access to local server from internet. It worked for a while and then stopped. On WAN interface is static public ip. LAN is static as well 192.168.12.0/24. From LAN rdp to server works fine. I can ping the server from mikrotik lan interface as well. Local hosts have access to internet. There is no any firewall rules or filters excpet for rdp port forwarding. No any change on server net confs. Here is the nat print

0 chain=srcnat action=masquerade out-interface=INET-3411 log=no log-prefix=“”
1 chain=dstnat action=dst-nat to-addresses=192.168.12.2 to-ports=3389 protocol=tcp in-interface=INET-3411 dst-port=3389 log=no log-prefix=“”

any help

Hi, issue solved. There was second NIC on server connected to another provider. Solved after removing second connection.

Dear all,

I have similar problem to connect to my computer/server from other places.

In Miktotik RB1100AHx2 I have set NAT rules that redirect:

  • dstnat 81.18.xxx.xxx with the external IP address on port 3389 on dstnat (IP 192.168.xxx.xxx) within the network at the same port.

Until yesterday it worked (I don’t introduced any modifications to the internal network), today when I try to connect I see the message:
“Remote Desktop can’t connect to a remote computer…”

Anyone knows where is a problem?

Best regards
CaRsEn

Maybe your provider has started filtering this port due to endless scans from hackers?
Check if they mention something like this in their news…
