Hey guys,
I am looking for a piece of software with a web interface that I can use to manage my customers (roughtly 1000) as I am making the transition to an outsourced tech support company, and can’t continue on with multiple spreadsheets and various other files that contain all my customer information, like ip’s passwords, billing info etc… would also like it to be able to incorperate maps from the dude as well as graphs from cacti, but they aren’t 100% needed.
what are you guys using, I would prefer somethign free and open source, or fairly inexpensive.
