When i remotely access by winbox my mikrotik router its showing downloading descriptors and stuck,before 2days its working good,PLS HELP ME AND GIVE ME ADVISE

On what version is RouterOS the device you try to connect to ?
I am also having this issue, and I’m seeing many threads about this same issue. But there does not appear to be any solution. The only solution that I have been able to find is that logging in through the mobile app does work. So if there is an urgent change that needs to be made, the mobile app can be used.
I have the same issue twith winbox 3.41 and the 4 latest beta too.
I have a wireguard tunnel and a VPN server as well but same result connecting through both also not able to access through the web server too but I can access it via ssh without any problem.
I cleared the winbox cache and tried a different laptop.
Remote restart not help I even upgraded to 7.16 but winbox still can’t connect

I haven’t seen it being reported here that often. I don’t read all threads but if there were many, I would probably have noticed.
I’m pretty sure if there were so many threads, support would be all over it.
Which brings me to …
Did anyone bother to report this towards support ?
If not, it can stay under the radar for quite a long time (even with many threads reporting the issue …)
And FWIW: no issues here, both on Winbox 3.41 nor 4beta6.
Same issue using Wireguard, only ping and ssh are working.
I resolved the issue on Wireguard by lowering the interface MTU from 1420 to 1280.
