Hi guys
I think started the trouble by setting rate limit for my Hotspot user to 8kUp/16kdown.
all my users are authenticated using the Usermanger.
After setting the rate limit, my clients started complaining that the link is too slow and now I have remove the rate limit.
But the problem is that even after I have removed the rate limit, they still complain of the slow link.
I tried checking the “Queues” submenu in the Winbox and discover that Hotspot server still creates queues for all users using the 8k/16k.
Immediately I deleted all the queues all my my users shout Alleluyah!
Everytime they relogin, the hotspot creates queues for them, unless delete the queues they will remain limited.

How can I stop the Hotspot server from limiting my user.

You need to remove the rate limits in the user profile.
Go to
/ip hotspot user profile
Remove the rate limits in the profile of your respective users.
Also, check
/ip hotspot profile
for rate limits on the server profiles

I made that blunder under the hotspot user profile
I only removed the rate limit from usermanager leaving the one in the user profile
