Real Ip's

Hi
I take from my ISP 20Mbits internet with 16 real ip’s. I have around 150 clients and i use 3.9. Everything is good without any problem. Some of the clients want to have real ip’s. can someone help me regard the configuration.
The 3.9 now have only one real ip in one interface and in one another interface are the clients. How i can give some real ip’s to the clients? Actually i want to now if i can put one mikrotik to make bridge.
Thanks

The ‘answer’ depends on many things :-
How are you connected to the internet ?
How are your customers connected to you ?
What Mikrotik router will you use ?

All the clients are connected with cables and also me i take internet with cable. I use mikrotik 3.9 now and i want to now if i put another one mikrotik for the clients to they want real ip’s what configuration i must have i case to i want also bandwidth management for these real ip’s.
Thanks

You can make a bridge, with another MT router, and keep for them the bandwidth control, or, if you have your addresses forwarded to you in a manner like this: gw - > Your ip’s, in wich you control the gateway, than it’s even easier to do.
Or, you can use NAT rules for forwarding addreses to specific clients, altough that may raise some issues with clients wanting FULL conectivity. Of course your firewall will process the traffic forwarded.
