Realtek on PC based Router (MT)

Hi there, i have mikrotik 2.9.7 level 6, on a pc based system, it works fine, but the rpoblem is it wont recognize the ethernet card Realtek 8139d, my pc is:

Intel Celeron 500Mhz
Motherboard p6set-ml
HDD 3 GB
RAM Memory 128mb etc…

you have to upgrade to 2.9.40
