received deauth authentication

Hello

I have a RB951G-2HnD with 6.24 packages and 3.19 firmware (both the last). I have a lots of disconnects of my wifi clients: Linux, windows, androids … it’s not a problem of clients, it’s a problem of the mikrotik. I receive a lot of ’ received deauth authentication’ every more or less every 20 minuts, that disconects my clients. Sometimes it’s not possible for them to reconect until you reboot them. Could you give some advice to fix it ?

What kind of encryption you are using?
Please make sure that you disable TKIP and use only AES encryption.
