Can you please recommend me a solution for the following;
Point to Point link from rooftop to rooftop (300meters line of sight)
Important is:
Jitter
Latency
Throughput (we need 100M+, the higher the better)
Our budget is ~800€/link (happy if we can do it cheaper, but quality is more important then price)

Hi,
If you need more than 100Mbit with POE your only option is RB800 with n-Wireless and a good dual-pol antenna.
This is the only board to support 1Gbit Interfaces with ieee802.11af POE.
Your costs might be a bit higher than 800€, but believe me, its worth.
If 100Mbit are enough for you, RB433AH is an option.
RB411AH + R52Hn + dual pol antenna (like AirMax 17dBi) x2 on each side. Both RB411AH connected to RB450G on each side running OSPF.
That’s about $750 per link with full redundancy and up to 300Mbps TCP throughput (150Mbps one way). If your network packets are smaller than 1000bytes -on average- than you’ll need something more powerful than RB450G.
