Recommendations for Antenna

I’m looking for a recommendation for some antennas to use. I have NetMetal 5ac with a 2.4 GHz card in it. So a total of 5 RP-SMA antennas. 2 on 2.4 and 3 on 5Ghz. Right now I’m using junky rubber duck antennas, but I’m thinking they may be causing issues. I’m looking for some suggestions on alternatives. Either mimo patch, better ducks, or something else I can use. Any tips?

Where do you plan to use it? What devices are the clients? What distances do you expect?

Indoors. Clients are phones and laptops. Mostly just trying to cover my house really well.

Distances are about 100 feet, but my walls are concrete.

The only way to improve coverage in this case is adding more APs.
Using “super-antenna” on a single AP won’t help much.
(And don’t try to increase tx-power on you AP- that will make things work even worse)

More the issue is not a super antenna… The ones on there are horrible… I just want to put decent antennas on them.

I have never seen any difference between 1dbi antenna of one make compared to another.

It’s not the dbi it’s the quality of the antenna. They don’t stay in their position… They are cracking

So just put there whatever else similar small antennas instead of the cracked ones.

I’d rather ceiling mount an antenna
