Recommendations on high-speed wireless bridge

I need to connect two buildings with a wireless link and am looking for recommendations.

Needs: outdoor/weatherproof, PoE, Gigabit ethernet.
Nice-to-have: greater than N300 speed.

The buildings are respectively: steel and brick, hence the need for exterior.

I run multiple servers in my workshop, and my office has the fibre internet connection, general office PCs, etc.
The bridge doesn’t need to also be an AP - we don’t have many wireless devices and already have a wireless AP in the workshop for phones, etc.

Any advice gratefully accepted.

What’s the distance between buildings?

Seems like a good match for a 802.11ad (60GHz) PTP.
