Recommended 3G modem for RB2011

Would you recommend any 3G modem that would work with RB2011?

Currently I have Huawei E3131, and it doesn’t work well - the modem is recognized, I can estabilish the connection, but when I try to send big amount of data modem hangs - and i have to do USB Power Reset. Situation is much better with active USB hub, but is still far from being stable (and - which is quite strange for me - USB Power Reset helps too, altough the modem is not reseted and becames ready after about second after USB reset). Routerboard seems to be OK - pendrive connected to USB works well (with or without USB hub).

Any tested modems? Or maybe it is software problem and can be easily fixed?

If it doing better with active hub, could it be that the modem needs more power and isn’t getting enough? There are USB cables where you can plug a second connector for extra power, if you have one, give it a try?

More than 2A? Modem works stable on my laptop…

And - as I wrote - while using USB hub, modem doesn’t hang (becames ready after a second after USB Power Reset - it definitely can’t initialize that short).
