Yes, you can do as you need, to make sys log everything with MT feature from submenu [/sy log] or make them remotely by syslog downloader application [MT Syslog Daemon] you can download first from http://www.mikortik.com/download.html
on [/sy log] menu u can add any topics as you want to recording any action.
