Recovering bricked RB951Ui-2HnD

I have a RB951Ui-2HnD which I tried to reset to default config - it made the chirping sound and now just boots up, makes the chirping sound and then about 10 seconds later makes the chirp sound again, this repeats over and over again.

I have tried netinstall but while holding in the reset button it continues to do the above, chirp, reset, chirp.

Any other tips?

I’ve taken it apart and can see the serial UART. Is it worth trying to solder a header onto it?

Forgot to add: Just before each reset the P3 & P4 leds flash.

Hi,
did you try a different power supply? Maybe the supply voltage is not stable enough.

If you have a UART adapter, why not … sounds interesting.
