redirect all traffic to internet trough vpn on second router

Hi

I have 2x mikrotik routers:

first router is gateway:
IP: 192.168.0.254

second router is connected to my VPN server using L2TP Client (interface: l2tp-out-point)
IP: 192.168.0.253

And I have 3x separated networks: 192.168.0.0/24, 192.168.200.0/24, 192.168.200.2/24 all have internet connection trough gateway 192.168.0.254.

Now I wanna redirect all traffic to internet trough vpn interface: l2tp-out-point.

Can someone help me out or point me to right direction?

Where to configure this route (first or second router)? The second one is not a gateway only have configured vpn interface: l2tp client called l2tp-out-point
