Does anyone have any suggestion for a script or even a feature in RouterOS to redirect all web pages that get HTTP 404 error to another IP address or URL?
no way. seems like you need Squid

Another problem we have is the same question but this time for DNS, if a DNS request response is a specific error message can I do some redirection based on the error message in RouterOS or I should use Bind DNS server for that?
huh… I’m not sure whether you can do that with BIND… and you definitely cannot do that with RouterOS DNS
