redirect http to wan2 and force to it

hi! guys,

I have 2 wan and one lan port.

wan1 192.168.2.40/24 – gw 192.168.2.254
wan2 10.100.253.60/16 – gw 10.100.0.1 by dhcp
lan 192.168.10.254/24

I want redirect all http and https trafic to wan2 and force to keep in that wan. (if wan2 its disable clients cant navigate)

I put this in my rb http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/help-please-mikrotik-v3-x86-webproxy-issue-using-2wans/19211/1 when disconect wan2 all trafic cut but in 20 seconds back again with wan1

Add a firewall rule that selects the same traffic that you apply a routing mark for WAN2 for, and drop that traffic when it goes out the WAN1 interface.
