REDIRECT PUPLIC IP TO INTERNAL IP

dear friends
i have a puplic ip of xx.xx.xx.xx
i have mikrotik server of 192.168.1.1
how can i redirect my puplic ip to internal ip (access point) of 192.168.1.10 ?
