Redirect to an Internal Server using Web Proxy

Honestly i have tried all i can to redirect disconnected clients to a web page saying your account is disconnected all clients are on PPPoE with static IP address i can ping then from my Mikrotik Server how do i go about this :confused:

Am sorry but that didnt help actually it dropped all the clients and said that the page you are trying to redirect to will not complete
