I have pppoe clients that are authenticated through radius and instead of just turning a client off in the billing system is there a way (even if I manually need to log into the relay) to have them redirected to a web page that asks them to contact our office?
Reason is, when people do not pay there bill and we shut them off they do not know if they are having computer or wireless issues and start playing with there equipment and making things worse. They call in a few days later then we inform them why they lost service and then we have to do a service call.
Is there a way to redirect a mac registration to the hotspot service or something close to it?
