Redirecting 443 to 80 is not Working

Hello Team
I have a problem with redirecting https requests to a my customized http announcement/notice page.
here is the solution:
all my VPN clients are authenticating with a radius server accounting. those clients who are finished/expired on their credential will be redirected to a http:// notice page when try to brows any website. its already working well if client goes with a http request on tcp 80, but when clients try to brows https://yahoo.com or any other https on 443 they will received " The Page Can not display " and make them confuse my service is not working.
i will be grateful if someone help me to fix this issue.

There’s no way of fixing it, HTTPS protocol is designed to prevent exactly that, i.e. the user connecting to a different server from the legit one.

Thank You for your reply,

is there any possibility I could be able to send a popup windows for specific range IP when VPN establishes on MikroTik.

Yashar

No, that is not possible.
You have to inform your clients that when they can no longer connect, they need to go to your info page to see why.
There is no way to do that inside https.

Hello

It seems like that I have to forget the solution  .

Thank you guys.

Again, please understand that this has NOTHING to do with MikroTik.
It is not possible in https, no matter what router you use.
