Reduce broadcast traffic

Hi guys, I probably have a lot of broadcast traffic on my network.
Can I reduce this with a firewall rule in the Mikrotik router?
I can not apply client isolation because I share 5 cameras, a NAS and a printer.
Can I see with Wireshark whether it is broadcast traffic or something else?
If so, what is the procedure to be able to read that?

Do I have to use these IPs or the IPs of my network?

These ... there are standarized addresses for multicast so you can track what traffic is in your LAN.
