With Queue I can reduce the internet bandwidth but the problem is that it also reduces the local file transfer.
Is there a solution to only reduce the internet bandwidth?

Limit the interface that your internet is connected to with a simple queue…??
in simple queue you must define the dst parameter specifing your internet interface there, that way the limitation only restrict to the traffic towards internet, not the internal tráffic
