Reduce ping Reply Time of ipsec vpn Tunnel

Hi All,
how to reduce the ping reply time of ipsec vpn tunnel?
at this moment, my ping reply time is 70 ms, i want to
reduce it to below 40 ms, can you please guide my that
if it is possible then what configurations i need to implement.
both locations have mikrotik router board environment.

Reduce the ping time of the internet connection you are using.
That is what determines the reply time of the tunnel.

all right, can i separate the vpn traffic from all other internet traffic and make the packets of vpn traffic/any other method so that the traffic can pass quickly?
if yes then let me know that what configuration should i do for this purpose.

Before you do anything, first try to ping the remote router from the local router from the ping tool.
Check what pingtime you get there, and if it is depending on the loading of other traffic that you have.
(e.g. test during office hours and during other hours)

When the pingtime is higher than what you wish, you can stop optimizing you routers because it will
never get better than what you see there. You will need to improve your internet connection first.
(from cable to VDSL, from VDSL to fiber, to a better provider, whatever)

There is also the limit of physical distance and lightspeed.
