the facebook was blocked
and i have an ip and port proxy that work when use proxy option in internet explorer
so i want to redirect facebook to this ip and proxy on mikrotik to be work to puplic

You have to set that proxy in your browser.
Facebook uses https only and https traffic can not be redirected through transparent proxy.

ok .. is there any solution ?? even if setup squid proxy server
