relation between antenna gain and wireless minipci watt

Hi
I have a link which is the distance between 2 wireless towers 20 Km , I have 2 Groove Radios with 30dbi antenna, I want more than 20 Mb throughput between these 2 radios. is it possible ?

and also I want the relation between antenna gain and wireless minipci watt . is it important to have a wireless card with high power ?

It certainly will, though it will probably require nstreme or nv2.

I got better without nstreme on the older versions than the newer, similar performance with nstreme on older and newer.
