Remote access to LAN with VPN IPsec

I need to understand how to obtain remote access to my LAN with a VPN IPSec .

this is my network :

PC (192.168.1.100 ) —> Router os (192.168.1.1) ↔ VPN server (192.168.2.1) <----> PC client (192.168.2.2)
WAN -----> Router os (192.168.1.1)

I have the necessity to ping from 192.168.2.2 to 192.168.1.100.

Now I’m able to ping to 192.168.1.1 and browsing internet from 192.168.2.2

While ASCII-art is normally OK, here, I am not sure even how many sites in total we are talking about. So unless the PC1 and the Mikrotik are located at Site A whereas PC 2 and the “VPN server” are located at Site B, can you attach a photo of a handmade sketch with a more detailed structure? What kind of device is the “VPN server”, another Mikrotik or something else, are you the administrator of that one too? Is PC 2 connected to the LAN of the “VPN server” or is it its remote client?
