Remote access via browser

Hi to all,
I installed a new router RB2011U Series and I configured it without problem (included the remote access via winbox).

Now I have the customer, owner of the plant where the router is installed, want to enter in the router configuration, remotely, using an internet browser (ie. Safari because he have Mac and don’t want to use winbox).

I tried to suggest to use the http://public IP:8291 but, as I supposed, this command didn’t works because the 8291 port is for winbox.

It’s possible to enter in the configuration remotelly using the browser ? How ?

Thanks in advance for all support.

The public IP is on RB2011?
If yes, just put only the public IP in the browser without any port.

You might want to reconsider enabling the router configuration site through the WAN interface. Security (un)wise…in my opinion. Instead enable VPN and browse to the private IP of the router.

Don’t forget to change the firewall as this is (gladly) by default blocked.

Yes it’s RB2011 but the problem is that I NAT the 80 port to a local host for a specific service.

It’s possible to change the http port for the configuration from 80 to 8080 ?
