Remote desktop with sonicwall

Hello,

I’m having issues with one of my customers where I’m using a rb411 with os 3.28. Before I installed my bridge they were using a dsl connection and connecting to a sonic firewall and they were able to use there remote desktop software just fine. Keep in mind they are not using vpn tunnels and they are connecting via internet to there firewall. After i install the 411, they are unable to use they’re remote desktop software and they are connecting via ssh. I have checked the settings on our end as well as there configuration. I am using dhcp-mac authentication as i am assigning an outside static ip to there location and they have there wan port set to dhcp.

Let me know what your thoughts are…

Thanks

Can someone reply as i’ve been patiently waiting?

Thanks

Post the config.

ether1 bridged and eoip-tunnel bridged setup
Nat
0 chain=dstnat action=dst-nat to-addresses=192.168.1.1 to-ports=161
protocol=udp dst-address=66.103.88.211 dst-port=161

1 chain=dstnat action=dst-nat to-addresses=192.168.1.1 to-ports=8291
protocol=tcp dst-address=66.103.88.211 dst-port=8291

2 chain=srcnat action=src-nat to-addresses=66.103.88.211 to-ports=0-65535
protocol=tcp src-address=192.168.1.2

3 chain=dstnat action=dst-nat to-addresses=192.168.1.2 to-ports=0-65535
protocol=udp dst-address=66.103.88.211

All other ports are open by default, no counters on these nat configs. I am able to telnet and mac-telnet from the hsgw.
