Remote disconnect of hotspot users! Pls Help

I understand this subject has been covered before, but for the life of me i can not get it to auto disconnect users, on either session timeout or manual disconnection.

I am using a remote radius service (Wireless Orbit)
I’ve setup the hotspot fine, can log in log out create users.

But my problem is, when I login in the the wireless orbit control panel and terminate a session, the user can carry on accessing the network, and does not get a splash redirect to ask him to re-login.

I have enabled the radius incoming on the default port 3799 (not sure if thats even the right port for wireless orbit)

Please help this noob with a solution to this annoying problem? This hotspot is still on the test bench, and if you need to recommend a better 3rd party radius and billing solution feel free.

I found the best way is from the hotspot end. If you remove the client from “/ip hotspot active” on the MT box, it will post the logout to the radius server (Wireless Orbit) and post the reason as “admin request” or something like that.

The Session-Timeout depends on the system clock being correct on the MT box. That requires NTP to reset the clock after a reboot or power failure. Once the client logs in, changing the Session-Timeout on the RADIUS server has not effect until the client logs out and then attempts to login again.
