Can anyone assist me please? I am having a problem logging in remotely to all my 532A’s using winbox. I can telnet to the units and run command line, (although im a bit limited with my knowledge in this area) I can run Winbox and connect locally, but not remotely.
I receive an error “could not fetch index from ”.
This only seems to have affected the 532’s as all my other units are accesable (112’s. 133’s, 133c’s, 411’s all accessable). It would appear to have happened after a routeros upgrade from 3.6 to 3.9 but that i’m not sure about.
Any help would be greatly apppreciated.
