Remote radius

Hello.
I’m new in RouterOS. I need manual or instructions how to configure user authorization on a remote server Windows radius.
User must pass authorization on remote radius. And if mikrotik doesn’t ping remote radius? users must make authorization in local router database.
I need instruction only for mikrotik (not for Windows).

Help me pls.

If you make use of hospot on mikrotik. Hotspot will try to use radius to authenticate user and if not possible will look at hotspot user.
