Remove all profiles from user

Hello,
I would like to remove all profiles from an user using Terminal or API.

At this time, I can use only create-and-activate-profile, but it temporarely disable other profiles and activate the one I’m passing.
When this profile expires, the others are activated.

Is it possible to remove all profiles, before assign a new one?

UM have no command for this problem.
you can save user information in variables and then delete that user and again create that user.
by schedule and a loop.

i think, you can’t do this Except by user manager web management

but you can remove user by api or trminal and create it again and activate new profile
